This statement covers the EcoAccess AI teaser website and the early-access invite form only. The EcoAccess AI platform has not launched yet and will carry its own accessibility statement when it does.
Target: WCAG 2.2 Level AA — European Accessibility Act

Our commitment

Accessibility is a founding principle of EcoAccess AI, not a checkbox. This website is built to work for every person who visits it, regardless of ability, device or assistive technology. We are targeting WCAG 2.2 Level AA as required by the European Accessibility Act (EAA) Directive 2019/882.

What we have done

  • All text and interactive elements meet WCAG 2.2 AAA colour contrast (7:1 minimum)
  • Every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard alone
  • Focus indicators are visible on all interactive elements
  • A skip-to-content link is the first focusable element on every page
  • Page structure uses semantic HTML5 landmarks: header, main, footer, nav, section
  • All images carry descriptive alt text; decorative images use alt=""
  • Form inputs have explicit, linked <label> elements
  • Error messages use role="alert" and aria-live="polite" so screen readers announce them
  • The mobile navigation is operable by keyboard and announces its open/closed state via aria-expanded
  • The cookie notice is keyboard-navigable and dismissable with Escape
  • All animation and transitions respect prefers-reduced-motion
  • The site is fully usable at 320 px viewport width and 400% browser zoom without horizontal scrolling
  • No content flashes more than three times per second
  • All fonts are self-hosted — no dependency on external CDNs
  • Page language is declared on the <html> element (lang="en")

Known issues

No accessibility issues have been identified at this time. We review the site after every significant update.

Reporting a problem

If you encounter anything on this website that is hard or impossible to use, please tell us. We take every report seriously and aim to fix confirmed issues within 14 days.

Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the relevant national enforcement body. In Ireland, this is the National Disability Authority (NDA). You can also raise a complaint through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Review schedule

This statement is reviewed after every significant change to the website and at least once per year. Next review: May 2026.
